Company Rudnik – a successful privatization
On Monday, November 3, in the Belgrade City Hall, in the organization of Naled and USAID, a study entitled Privatization in Serbia was presented. Five successful and five unsuccessful examples of privatization and their effects on local economy and finances were presented.
During the presentation and a panel discussion, key recommendations directed towards an effective completion of privatization in Serbia were provided.
Company Rudnik was included in the 5 successful privatization examples and Darko Vukobratović, the director of company Contango, which successfully privatized company Rudnik, spoke about the company’s ten-year work experience.
